  • Volkhvy eliminated (priesthood monopolized)
  • Veche weakened (centralization)
  • Slavery discouraged (gradual—took centuries)

What Persisted:

  • Clan loyalty (blood before state)
  • Boyar class (became nobility)
  • Village assemblies (local Veche continued)

Honor/shame culture (remains in Slavic psychology today)
